About these terms
These terms apply when you book a table at a venue through Nabatable. The venue provides your table and your meal. Nabatable provides the booking service.
Version 2026-10-18, in effect from 18 October 2026. How your information is used is explained in the privacy policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Making a booking
- Choose a venue, a date, a time and your party size, then give your name, email address and phone number.
- Availability is checked as you book, so you are only offered times the venue has open.
- You need to tick the box agreeing to these terms and the privacy policy to book.
- Please give accurate details, and change your booking if your numbers change.
- The venue decides how long a table is kept for your party, which depends on your party size and the service, and when it last seats guests.
Requests and confirmation
Some bookings are confirmed straight away. Others show as pending confirmation until a table is assigned or the venue confirms them.
We email you either way: one email says your request was received, and another confirms the booking. Treat a booking as certain only once it is confirmed.
If the venue cannot take a request, we email you to say so.
Changing your booking
- Use the link in your confirmation email, or sign in, and choose Modify Details.
- Some changes are confirmed straight away. Others need the venue to approve them, and we email you the outcome.
- While a request is still waiting for confirmation, changing it online is paused after a short while. Contact the venue if you need to change it.
- A booking that has been cancelled, completed or has already passed cannot be changed online. Make a new booking or contact the venue.
Cancelling your booking
You can cancel online with the Cancel Booking button on your booking page, which you reach from your confirmation email or by signing in. We email you to confirm.
Each venue sets its own cancellation arrangements. Nabatable does not set a cancellation window, fee or penalty, and does not charge you for cancelling. Please follow the venue’s own policy.
If you cannot cancel online, contact the venue directly using the details in your confirmation or on its website. A cancelled booking cannot be changed afterwards; make a new booking if you want to return.
If the venue cancels or cannot take your booking
A venue can cancel a booking or decline a request. If that happens we email you. Contact the venue to ask about other times.
No-shows
If you do not arrive, the venue can record your booking as a no-show. Nabatable does not charge for no-shows. What a venue does about no-shows is up to the venue, so please cancel if your plans change.
Payments and deposits
Nabatable does not take any payment when you book. It does not ask for card details and does not take deposits. Nabatable does not set prices, fees or deposits. Anything a venue asks you to pay is arranged directly between you and the venue.
Party size and large groups
You can book online for 1 to 12 guests. Some venues or times may allow fewer. For a larger group, contact the venue directly.
Your details and messages
- We use your details to run your booking and share them with the venue, as the privacy policy explains.
- Emails about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders and changes, are part of the booking.
- We send WhatsApp updates only if you tick the booking messages box.
- Keep your booking link private: it gives access to your booking details.
Using the booking service fairly
Please do not make bookings you do not intend to keep, or use automated tools to make bookings. We limit repeated requests to protect the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date are at the top of this page. A change applies to bookings made after it takes effect, and a booking you have already made stays under the terms in force when you made it.
